Q: If Q percent of 100 is greater than 100, which of the following must be true?

Option:

a. Q is greater than 100

b. Q is less than 75

c. Q is equal to 75

d. Q is less than 25

Solution:

Let's form the equation to solve this question.

Q percent of 100  means  (Q x 100) / 100

is greater than 100 means  > 100

So, (Q x 100) / 100  > 100

Q / 100 > 1

Q > 100

Hence, option A is correct.
