QIf a and b are positive integers and a/b=1/2. Find a+b.

Option:

a. 3a

b. 5a

c. b

d. 3b

Solutions:

If a / b = 1 / 2

b = 2a

Therefore, a + b = 3a

Hence, option A is correct.
